FAMILY CAMP

At Calumet, people of all ages can experience the joy of being a camper on beautiful Lake Ossipee—unplugging and reconnecting through our Family Camp experience. Whether you're a family, couple, group, or solo traveler, our 65-site campground offers the perfect escape from the distractions of daily life. Not a camper? Stay in a cozy room at the Conference Center or enjoy the comfort of a private-bath Village Cabin. No matter where you stay, every guest loves unwinding by the beach and making lifelong memories.

Check out the Happy Camper!

Want to know what's going on at Calumet's Family Campground? Our weekly newsletter, The Happy Camper, will keep you informed about exciting programs and fun daily activities, as well as introduce you to our visiting chaplain!

Check here for meal options too. While some enjoy staying on their site and going all out preparing meals around the campfire, you are always welcome to  join us for a breakfast buffet and/or delicious dinner. Dates, times, and menus are found here!

Special Events!

We've got some special events and presentations scheduled for all to enjoy while they're here this summer! Check out what's going on below!

♫ Summer Concerts at Calumet 2025 ♫
We look forward to Musical Nights in the Summer of 2025! Look for updated information in our weekly summer Family Camp Newsletter and on our bulletin boards in the Conference Center/Bath Houses/Campground Store.

Sunday Worship

All are welcome, guests, campers and local friends to join us for worship at 10 AM!

On beautiful days, we’ll gather in the Outdoor Chapel to celebrate surrounded by nature and raise our voices in song. In case of inclement weather, we’ll meet in the new Oasis building, located behind the Conference Center the space is warm and welcoming all year long. Wherever we are, it’s a beautiful space for vibrant worship.

"I loved it when I was a kid at Resident Camp, and I love it now when I'm with my family at Family Camp!"

Information and Rules

All registered guests are encouraged to read through the information and rules for the season in which they are camping. Click on summer or our spring/fall links below to find helpful information on registration, the campground, beach, boating, pets, meals, and so much more. Get ready for a summer of fun, relaxation, and community!

DOGS AS GUESTS OF CALUMET

We love dogs! Well behaved dogs that are leashed are welcome to the extent appropriate accommodations are available when you are planning your visit. Dogs that are big barkers or that don't do well with others won't be a good fit for Calumet.

So that everyone one can be successful here at Calumet -- whatever time of year -- guests who plan to visit Calumet with their dog(s) will need to pay attention to specific guidelines and requirements for dogs and their owners. Click the button below to see Calumet's "Dog Owner Agreement" that will be required.

You'll want to be in touch with our registrars, Julie or Alice, regarding whether we have the available space set aside for those with pooches. When that step is all set, you'll likely benefit from printing the form and having it with you when you check in. Note that there may be an added expense/fee in some cases

You can find summer 2025 rates for the conference center, village cabins, campsites, moorings, trailer storage, and our end of the summer family plus week accommodations here:

Find out how to get a campsite, a Conference Center room, or a Family Cabin by contacting Alice. Stay for a couple of nights or for many nights!
