Listening as the Doorway

A Yoga Retreat for Embodied Presence, Connection, and Discernment
April 12-14, 2026
Facilitator: Lanelle Gallo
With guest contributors: Cole Liljedahl, Aidan Carter, and Ben Liljedahl

In a world that moves quickly and often pulls us out of ourselves, this retreat offers a simple and essential practice: listening.

Listening to the body.
Listening for what is asking for attention.
Listening for what life is inviting us to live more fully into — right now.

Through yoga, meditation, music, reflection, and time in nature, participants will be supported in slowing down, reconnecting, and rediscovering the clarity that comes from embodied presence. No prior experience with yoga or meditation is needed — all practices are accessible and adaptable.

This retreat is especially supportive for those navigating transition, seeking renewal, or longing to feel more grounded, connected, and alive in their daily lives.

Led by speech-language pathologist, educator, yoga teacher, and mindfulness guide Lanelle Gallo, with guest musicians and contributors, this experience weaves movement, quiet, creativity, and shared reflection in the beautiful natural setting of Camp Calumet.

All are welcome.
