The Synod's Anti-Racism Advisory Board and Calumet Lutheran Ministries is teaming together to invite the people of New England and all of Calumet Nation to come together to read and to chat. Author Jeff Fuhrer (a member of St. John Lutheran in Sudbury, MA) is a well respected and highly regarded economist and thinker. His recent book, The Myth That Made Us, points to ways that our country's economic system(s) have worked differently -- and in lots of ways *still* work differently -- depending on a person's color.

THERE IS NO COST

For those who sign up to participate in one of the two Zoom meetings (NOV 20 or NOV 21) -- for as long as the books are available -- there is no cost for the book. And there is certainly no cost to attend one of the Zoom meetings! Calumet will send the book via USPS to the registrant.

Register for the event, receive the book from Calumet, read it through at your own pace, carve out time for the 75 minute Zoom meeting in November -- that's it!
