Bulletins, newsletters, communications...oh my!  So much work goes on behind the scenes, helping churches to function and carry out their mission, that it really  shouldn't be called "adminstration," it should be called "administry!"  This retreat is dedicated to all the support staff that help keep congregations throughout the Synod stay informed, enlightened, and on schedule.

The time away will include opportunity to think, to read, to reflect, to sing, to enjoy delicious food, to check out the beautiful grounds of Camp Calumet, and to have tons of fun.

This year, we will have a session about copyright issues related to bulletins, liturgies, and special music. Judy Smith (AIM) will lead us through some of the intricacies of Sundays & Seasons and special liturgies. Another session on "Keeping Safe When You're Alone" will be led by a guest speaker. We will think about strategies for success and personal safety.

We'll have a good old Yankee Swap, opportunities for devotions, and some physical activity on the trails of Calumet. North Conway shopping is just up the road, too!
